Too much unneeded stylesheets

It seems that most of the pages have stylesheets with just a few lines of code.

That does not seem useful at all. Having that all in single file (maybe some comments could separate sections for certain pages) is a better idea. Most of the cases could be repetitive and reusable (used on multiple occasions). Some differences and variations are possible, but those should be tackled by layouts.
