User configuration - value "0" will not saved on contact address fields

version: 21.10.x
If you add/update on a user on the "Addressx" field the value "0" (not null but "0" as number) the inserted value will be completly ignored. If you update the filed setting "0" after saving the record the old value will shown. If you add "0" on a empty addressx field the field remains empty.
