widget 'opened ticket' with integration GLPI using apirest

Hello,
There is some possibility to integrate the 'opened ticket widget' with opened ticket in GLPI?

I want to remove the situation where centreon have the ticket number, when the ticket in GLPI was solved or closed.

Now i have the widget where is a lot of tickets, but many tickets have status 'closed' in GLPI, and i must check ticket one by one and closing in widget.
