Test pipeline hangs when output window is closed or Ctrl+C in terminal. Also, I'll see a 'GPUCache' folder with some files (data_0, data_1, data_2, data_3, index).

This chain of function calls makes absolutely zero sense, it just looks like a random collection of unrelated function calls.
I'm not really familiar with Windows, but you might need to gather a trace with the Visual Studio debugger in order to get a better idea of what's happening.

I wonder if this happens when there's no proper debug info, and something tries to just find the preceding/nearest public function. Seen that happen on Linux too.
