Library "uuid" uses Uint8Array which breaks IE9

It's also rather massive, considering its use. Perhaps something more lightweight would be more useful,

Edit: Noting that this packages is currently only used in cerebral-module-devtools, which we should not have included for IE9 anyway, but the ticketed issue still stands.
