[BUG] TypeError with webpack 5

I got this error with a project created by https://github.com/electron-react-boilerplate/electron-react-boilerplate (version 3.x) Could this be overmind and overmind-react's bug? It seems like TypeScript export or typings that are picked up by webpack aren't correct.

Should work now as we upgraded to Webpack 5 in #587.
Please reopen if there's still a problem.
