When version number is too large e.g. `v6.3.0.dev`, the generated logo is cropped

It looks like the width of svg template need to be adjusted if we want to suffix icclim's version with stuff like `.dev` or `.alpha`.
Converting this PR to draft to work on this (when I have time)
