Migrate from Middleman to Hexo / Yarn

The goal here is to remove all the Ruby we have in favor of a 100% JS project. :) We'd like to use Hexo going forward and use Yarn for package management (and will help us use Dependabot later).

Closing this -- sticking with Middleman / Bundler for now, since Hexo is really a blog-centric.
