Remove H6 from the DS

Awhile back, we decided to stop using H6 in our web heading hierarchy, but we hadn't reflected this decision on our DS Headings page. This morning, I submitted a PR to remove H6 from our DS page.
I think we can leave H6 in our codebase in the chance it's ever needed. But I removed it from the DS as it is no longer a standard.
