Add ability to poll for stacks completion for use in CD deploys

At the moment, this is a manual tool. It would be good to poll for stacks completion and to report results (or at least success / failure).

I agree, you have to login + check status another way at the moment which is annoying...

You can do stacks list but that only shows you stack status, not events.

Yes it could poll for the events too which would be useful. A -f option?
