[Feature request] Switch GCM to Leaflet javascript library and OSM

I am successfully hosting GCM on my own web space and it works really fine. But just like you, I am worried about the new billing policy of Google API usage. I cannot prevent anybody to use my server to show his own calendar and use it by just setting a link to my server with all parameters he needs... Sure I can limit my requests to stop before my free permit is used up, but then my own service would stop, too.

So I'd love to see this running with leaflet using OSM maps instead. I know you already have that on your list to look into that, but I'd love to have this issue here for tracking and discussing this.

Also I'd like to offer donations. I can't code to save my life, but if I can enable you to work on this (sooner) by donating some money e.g. via Paypal to you, I'd like to hear which amounts would make sense and then checking if that'd be within my budget.
