The config of TimeIntervals is not validated properly

🐛 Describe the bug

The type of list of dict for the TimeIntervalsType config is not appropriately validated when using AsgardpyConfig.update() function in the initialization of AsgardpyAnalysis with a distinct models_file, which changes the type of pydantic models consistency in the AsgardpyConfig object.

This was introduced in #142 and worked ok with the associate pytests.
