Segmentation fault with "DDREAM_BUILD_PYFACE=ON"

When compiling with the pyface option ("-DDREAM_BUILD_PYFACE=ON"), there is a segmentation fault in the Timestepper. The reason for this is that the TimeStepper class variable "python_terminate_func" is not initialized as a nullptr
