Kinetic activated sources integrated when used without kinetic grid

Right now, if you try to add the Compton or the tritium without having a hot-tail and a runaway grid, there won't be any generation from these sources. Instead, these sources should be integrated, so that there is still generation, but a warning should still be printed.
