Include "energyloss_T_cold" in power balance

The quantity scalar/energyloss_T_cold represents the amount of heat leaving the plasma boundary due to transport, and can be a dominant heat loss mechanism in some scenarios. Currently, when calling T_cold.plotEnergyBalance() (without any r argument, indicating we want the spatially integrated power balance) does not include this quantity. This means that a potentially significant sink term is missing from the plot and give an erroneous picture of what is happening.
