Incorrect Figure Paths in Chesanavich Part 1 and 3 (local build)

When building book locally from the develop branch, a number of files are captured as not found for some input files.
The problem is that paths in the input files haven't been corrected after moving these images to new directory figures/
@vkrajnak , do you want to look into it at some point?
Otherwise, I will do it myself - unless you want to practice pull request. Just let me know, please.
I can look into it next week. Could you change the titles of the sections Chesanavich Part 1, 2, 3 in the index to something more in line with the section titles in the files? It gives the impression these are all the same model, which is not quite right.

OK, I will look into the files and correct the TOC accordingly.
