This section has issues with figure captions, labels, and references not rendering.

There are also two sections of text (one just before the subsection titles “Implications of reaction dynamics…) and one just after where the formatting has just gone crazy. There has to be some simple solution since the text renders correctly before and after these “crazy” passages.
