[colic] Add copyright flag for extraction of copyright information

• Some of the analyzers under Code License(CoLic) backend don't extract copyright information as the implementation doesn't have copyright flag.
• For example, scancode only extracts only license information (reference)

This issue is opened in reference to the addition of Source code related metrics to grimoirlab toolchain (reference)
