It will be important for each participant to accept each event's code of conduct before registration is completed, and the elements of the code of conduct should be well spelled out without ambiguity.

Also, Likert scale should have odd numbers range, to include opt-out or neutral options.
Here, we are talking about diversity and inclusion, so, we should include diverse views.
