Update "notes" edit/save to create better UI (ugly right now, sort of hard to use also)

The database already has BookUserData.blurb, just enable it and make it 
editable. Several users have asked for this feature.

Right now it's ugly, so leaving this open, but it was added in 1.0.15.

I think we probably should just make a longer scrollable detail screen that has 
tags, notes, and description/format/pages, etc.  Jason suggested this also.
