Allow configuration of dcs-bios installation

Currently the path to the bios installation is hard-coded to look only at the flightpanels bios fork installed on openbeta. This should be configurable so that any installation can be used.

Configuration is now surfaced in config.json. You can edit the path of your dcs-bios config files by changing the value of configLocations within config.json
