The game is broken using 2-monitor setup

As you can see in the screenshot, in a 2-monitor setup the game spawn windows in the other screen and don't move them, there should be a check about the number of monitors and the single-monitor width

For me that's ok, but when I open the game in the 2'nd monitor, then it goes wrong (all the 3 new windows opens in the 1'st monitor always)
