Clean up page headings

As part of #79 , the page heading was cleaned up a bit. Essentially took buttons out of an h1.

Apply this to the rest of the templates.

Started this. Still need to do a few pages. Home page in particular. Look for others.

Auth pages (login, register, etc) as well.
