How to replicate

  1. In the admin panel enable all debug settings for checkout.com.
  2. On the frontend go to the checkout

Expected
data is logged to the var/log/checkoutcom.log file

Actual
Error: Class 'Zend\Log\Writer\Stream' not found in /vendor/checkoutcom/magento2/Helper/Logger.php:69

We have solved this issue in the latest 3.0.1 version of the extension.
Could you please upgrade and try again?
