  1. Publish azure chef extension internally and externally after proper testing is done.
  2. Then create a tag and release it.

Followed process of publishing extension internally and then externally.
Currently latest extension on azure cloud is available as 1210.13.4.1 and on GOV cloud 1210.13.3.3.
Created tag and release it https://github.com/chef-partners/azure-chef-extension/releases/tag/1210.13.4.1.
Created PR #324 for release documentation.
