• Migrate the Msys release VM to Progress account - #365
• do a release using the new VM
• update release documentation based on release process

Automate the release thing

• create a buildkite pipeline using expeditor (will work with jsnapp/releng)
• get expeditor access to the azure account e.g. add credentials to the "vault"
• can we do any automated testing?
• can we make an automate released for testing?
• can we enable "promoting" a full release?

Acceptance Criteria

• we can release the thing
• we can automate the release of the thing
