Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I want to make sure we properly flag changes that we know probably need docs review. There's a solid chance that anything in the lib/chef/resources/ directory needs docs review.

Use the GitHub Action docs team previously developed to auto label any PR against files in this dir with the Documentation label.
