Can't find file

Hi!
I'm running the script and getting an getting the following error:
no file at 94a84747523283fa5724558f2b26e79550e0e4e831bb7ba8914766d4ba40d6dfb6113c8b614be442 at iOSContacts.pm line 62.
Seems like it doesn't find the file inside the backup directory. Any ideas?

Looks like there's a slash missing between the 8 and the 3
