Arc progress drawing is defective

The start and end of the arc graph are connected to each other, so that it crossed the circle in the middle where the progress value is.
I notice this since the last update of cn1 libs and jars.
This occurs at least on iOS and Android devices, and in the simulator.

This issue is now fixed (will be included in next server update. It can be closed now.
