Fix the path core/cat/plugins/ in the prepare plugin page

The page https://cheshire-cat-ai.github.io/docs/quickstart/prepare-plugin/ says to create a plugin folder inside core/cat/plugins/ replace it with app/cat/plugins.
Why?
because the page https://cheshire-cat-ai.github.io/docs/quickstart/installation-configuration/ guide to create a compose file with the plugins volume pointing to app/cat/plugins
