Move flush cache button to site-related menu (left side of admin bar)

In WordPress 6.6 there has been a change that affects order of items in user-related menu (right side of admin bar). I think a proper fix is to move the button to site-related menu (left side of admin bar) - this way the button can be next to similar buttons (like flush CS/JSS cache from Autoptimize etc.).
