Update the Installation section

It has been a while since the Installation section was last updated.
It is currently using the SpaBlab application, former React Chess, to guide the reader through installing the PHP Chess Server, however the SpaBlab repo was archived on Mar 4, 2024.
Finally, you may want to add the following entry to your /etc/hosts file if running the PHP chess server on your localhost along with React Chess as per the REACT_APP_WS_HOST variable defined in the spablab/.env.example file.
The Installation section needs to be updated. The Website repo should be used as an example rather than the SpaBlab repo.
