Individual Riing Plus Control and Programmability

I have 10 Riing Plus fans, 8x140mm and 2x200mm (not that it matters) in my case using 2 chained controllers.
Is it possible to control the lights individually and if so, could it be programmed to 'wave' through the case, or some other types of coordinated RGB functionality?
I have no problem programming the python file or in the config file as well, outlining each fan and what to do at what time period, but I do not even see the individual fan declaration, rather just the sensor declaration in the files.
If I looked over it completely, sorry, otherwise, how would this functionality be implemented on a fan-by-fan basis. It is a 'deep learning' machine and I will be done building it in 3 days (it's literally waiting for the custom cables) but I will use the GPU temps for the fans, the pump is manual flow and I have it turned all the way up. So the only lingering issue with anything regarding the cooling loop is the 10 fans that would work amazingly in Windows but thermaltake really dropped the ball with no linux dashboard here and it seems you have helped a lot of people with this python fix! Thanks for that, even if the individual controllability of the fans is out of the question.
