Support Thermaltake Ultra 240 gif image upload

Thermaltake Ultra 240 does not have RGB capabilities, but it has the ability to display an animated gif. TT RGB Plus allows you to upload your own gif to the device.
I'd like to contribute if you do not have the time for it, but I am pretty new to this and would be nice to have some sort of contributing guide that would help me integrate a new device! :)
