If january 29th, 30th or 31st selected next months dates are from march, not february

If you enter or select january 29,30 or 31 in the calendar then next month
(little greyed out dates from next month at the bottom) are not from february
but from march, the calendar is skipping february all together. You can see it
by mousing over, or if you select the date it will come up as a date in march,
not february.
In the image the mouse is over what should be february 1st, however the date
showing is march 1st.
Confirmed in Safari 5.0.3 and Firefox 3.6.13 on Mac Os X 10.6

Actually it is a bit worse then this, because if you click on next month (>)
the calendar will show you february, but if you select a date it will be from
march!

A quick workaround:
When the month jumps to March, use the '<' to move the month back to feb - this
worked on FF Mac
In the meantime, any ETA on the fix?
