Complete the process of setting up Travis CI

@chetant - It looks like only you can set up Travis CI, alas. (I don't have access to the admin panel.) @ghorn has done as much of the initial setup work as I think we can do on the llvm3.4 branch.

Could you please set up Travis CI for this repo? Directions are here:
