現象:
(1)Windows 10 1903 或 1909 透過 Windows Chewing TSF（Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10）2019.06.30 於 Microsoft Office 2019, 中文字會變成黑方塊
(2)Windows 10 1903 之前 (例 1809) 都是OK, 升級 Windows 10 後才不能用
(3)Windows 內建注音沒有這問題
(4)Word, PowerPoint.... 都會出現黑方塊
