Try to install tabula-py

I tried to install tabula-py on Windows 10 and install java 8 and set up path correctly. But I still get ```
Java version:
java -version faild. `java` command is not found from this Pythonprocess. Please ensure Java is installed and PATH is set for `java`
tabula-py version: 2.7.0
Any suggestions how to solve it?
