Add explicit buttons to control saving and loading

After resolving issue #9, add to the "files" region buttons that says "load", "overwrite", "delete" next to the file name, and eliminate the hyperlink for the file name. So the structure is:

file_name_here (load) (overwrite) (delete)

This explicitly clarifies what happens, instead of a hyperlink which isn't clear as to what it does.
