Revisit location for data stored on gong

Some of the data that is packaged for theremin is stored on gong.

Gong is going through a frying, and that data needs to be stored somewhere else temporarily. We should re-consider where to place it long-term.

Note, that changing this for dias in prod involves editing its config in ch_ansible.
