Reconfigure dias analyzers to directly scrape the staging directory for finding new files

In particular, prioritise doing this for the sensitivity analyzer. The current setup uses Finder to find new files.

Proposed method: this is mostly just a case of looking for unlocked files and scraping their times from the dir+file name.
