Display what semesters the course data is taken from

Right now if you find a course that's not consistently offered it's hard to know from what semesters the data you see comes from.

Maybe in the professors detail section? below the graph, have a list of semesters taught

semi-fixed: the course link links to a course explorer page which lists all the semesters the course is offered. It would be useful to integrate it into GPA++ directly later but now it's easier to see which semesters the courses are offered and you can then choose a specific semester on GPA++
