Failed to meet device integrity

I have already fill in the correct fingerprint to pif.json, and move it to /data/adb/modules/playintegrityfix/,but my phone still failed to pass device integrity check. I tried several times, cleared data of google service and play service framework, and rebooted my phone, but still failed and don't know the reason.
PIF version is 15.4
I'm having problems with 15.4 as well, and also with 15.2. My working fingerprints are not working, sometimes I have BASIC only, something NO INTEGRITY at all. Then I switched to DEV v2 version and the fingerprint is working again, so I guess something on the module update changed.
I'm using MIUI 12 / Android 10 (xiaomi.eu rom). I don't think this old rom build has any special tweak by xiaomi.eu, Play Integrity API did not exist back then, but in case it has anything, older versions of this module have previously worked.
Then I switched to DEV v2 version and the fingerprint is working again, so I guess something on the module update changed.
This may be a stupid question but where did you get that DEV v2 version from?
