Current Behaviour

When the package is going through validation it is now failing. This is caused by the location of the License having changed. This needs to be fixed out and an updated version of the latest package pushed.

Expected Behaviour

The License URL should go to a valid location.

Steps To Reproduce

Go to https://community.chocolatey.org/packages/tribler/7.13.1
Click the Software License link
Notice it now goes to a 404 page
