Current Behaviour

There are quite a few packages in this repository that have empty copyright elements in the nuspec. This causes CPM0001 rule errors when choco pack is run when chocolatey-community-validation.extension is installed.

Expected Behaviour

That packages are able to be packed when chocolatey-community-validation.extension is installed.

Steps To Reproduce

Run choco pack on any of the affected packages with chocolatey-community-validation.extension installed.
