Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Signing certificates are not available as PFX files in all environments and can sometimes be in the local certificate store instead.
Describe the solution you'd like
Set-AuthenticodeSignature can optionally reference a certificate in the local certificate store. This behaviour could be triggered by the presence of an environment variable.
Describe alternatives you've considered
None, I'm stubborn 😅💜
Additional context
This enables signing via internal TeamCity builds.
