Hi,
I am very confused about the following output using coloc.susie():
nsnps hit1 hit2 PP.H0.abf PP.H1.abf PP.H2.abf
1: 406 chr17:snp1 chr17:snp2 2.073033e-20 1.746534e-16 1.121419e-06
2: 406 chr17:snp1 chr17:snp3 9.034574e-08 7.611643e-04 1.176811e-04
PP.H3.abf PP.H4.abf idx1 idx2
1: 0.007462898 0.992535981 1 1
2: 0.991449932 0.007671132 1 2

The PP.H4.abf in this case is very high but the hit1 and hit2 are different snps (the first row). How can I interpret this result?

Thank you
