Dear Chris,
I conducted colocalization analysis within skeletal muscle tissue, using a 500kb window upstream and downstream of the GWAS lead SNP, and included a total of 18 eQTLs for analysis. Among the 4 phenotypes, 2 exhibited a low PPH4.abf, while 2 showed PPH4.abf > 0.5. Notably, the same SNP exhibits a PPH4.abf exceeding 0.75 across all four phenotypes. Why does this occur? Additionally, what is the minimum number of specific gene eQTLs included in the COLOC analysis?
