Make other application aware of controller battery state

Hi,

this is a feature request to somehow give other programs an interface to query a DS4 controller's battery state. One could for example create an extra analog axis in the virtual device which represents current battery charge level.

Battery charge level is already available from the kernel itself. Its created under /sys/devices etc. look into journalctl after connecting.
