Knock-off controller led color doesn't change using Bluetooth

So I bought a knock-off controller connect it via Bluetooth. It identifies as 'Wireless Controller' and everything works, except changing led color. ds4drv --led doesn't work
Running on Arch

install hid-sony-panic-fix-dkms, fixed it for me had the same issue previously
